Tailored trips for institutions, communities, universities, and large private parties — each itinerary built around your group's specific purpose, not squeezed into a fixed package.
A 15-person alumni reunion and a 1,500-delegate institutional trip need the same starting question — who is this group, and what are they actually here to do — just answered at a different scale. We start there every time, then customize the destination, the duration, the budget, and every detail in between.
Eight axes, every one adjustable. Pick a starting point on each row — we'll build the itinerary around your combination, not a preset package.
Group type, size, purpose, and rough dates — a short conversation or the enquiry form is enough to start.
We put together two or three itinerary options across different budget tiers, so you're comparing real choices, not one fixed package.
Pick the option that fits, adjust anything that doesn't, and we lock the plan with a clear, itemized cost.
Travel, stay, meals, and activities are run by our team on-site, so your group leader isn't also the trip manager.
No fixed minimum or maximum. We've planned trips for a 12-person photography club and a 1,000-plus delegate institutional program — the itinerary and vendor scale to the group, not the other way around.
Yes. Multi-city and multi-country group itineraries are planned as one connected timeline, with a single point of contact across every leg.
For groups under 50, two to three weeks is usually workable. For 200+ delegates or international travel, we'd recommend six to eight weeks so visas, group fares, and large-block accommodation can be secured properly.
Yes — this is planned in at the design stage, not patched in afterward. Dietary lists, mobility needs, and medical support are collected upfront and built into the itinerary and vendor briefing.
Tell us who's travelling and why — we'll build the options around it.
