If you are booking or enquiring on behalf of a group, company, or family, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Bhaav Bharat designs and coordinates travel itineraries, corporate and MICE programs, destination weddings, and cultural events across India. We act as a planner and intermediary, working with hotels, venues, transport operators, artists, and other third-party vendors on your behalf.

While we take care in selecting our partners, the actual delivery of accommodation, transport, venues, performances, and other on-ground services is provided by those third parties and is subject to their own terms and conditions.

Quotes and proposed itineraries are estimates until confirmed in writing; prices for flights, hotels, venues, and artists can change until a booking is secured. A booking is only confirmed once we have received the agreed deposit or payment and issued written confirmation.

Payment schedules, accepted methods, and currency are set out in your individual proposal or invoice. Any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or taxes applicable to your payment are your responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms vary depending on the vendors, venues, and artists involved in your itinerary or event, and are shared clearly in your proposal before you confirm a booking. Many third-party suppliers (airlines, heritage properties, performers) apply their own non-refundable or time-bound cancellation policies, which we pass on transparently.

We will always try to help you rework a plan around unavoidable changes, but cannot guarantee refunds from third parties once a booking has been made on your behalf.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information (names, travel documents, dietary or accessibility needs) in good time for bookings to be arranged correctly.
• Hold valid travel documents, visas, and any permits required for your trip, event, or destination.
• Follow local laws, venue rules, and reasonable safety instructions during any trip, event, or activity we arrange.
• Make payments by the agreed schedule to avoid delays or cancellation of bookings.

All content on this website — text, itineraries, photography, graphics, and logos — is owned by or licensed to Bhaav Bharat and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content commercially without our prior written consent.

Where we arrange services from hotels, transport operators, venues, artists, or other vendors, our role is limited to selecting, coordinating, and liaising with them on your behalf. We are not the provider of those underlying services and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, delays, or the standard of service they deliver, though we will assist in resolving issues wherever we reasonably can.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bhaav Bharat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your trip, event, or use of our website, including losses caused by third-party vendors, weather, political events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, extreme weather, government action, strikes, or public health emergencies. In such cases, we will work with you and our vendors to rearrange plans wherever possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between the parties, and if unresolved, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal and regulatory reasons. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
